Resumen :	En el Plan Estatal de Desarrollo 2011-2017, dentro del “Programa de Desarrollo Social” y con el objetivo de “cambiar las condiciones de vida de las y los que menos tienen” (Gobierno del estado de Nayarit, 2012), el gobierno de Nayarit planteó un modelo estratégico que involucraba varias dependencias (entre ellas la Secretaría de Desarrollo Social, Secretaría de Salud, Secretaría de Educación y Secretaría de Planeación, Programación y Presupuesto), a través de una serie de programas denominados “Unidos”, entre los que destaca el Programa de Seguro Alimentario (PROSA).
Descripción :	In the State Development Plan 2011-2017, within the "Social Development Program" and with the aim of "changing living conditions of those who have "(Government of the state of Nayarit, 2012), the government of Nayarit raised a strategic model that involved several agencies (including the Secretariat of Social Development, Ministry of Health, Secretari at of Education and Secretariat of planning, Programming and Budget), through a series of programs called "United", among which Highlights the Food Insurance Program (PROSA).
