dc.descriptionIn this document, the product of a documentary investigation, you will find an analysis for the different variables that intervene in the Mexican labor context. The distinction of groups of employees is noted, starting with formal work and then informal work. Statistically, the study is supported by the National Survey of Occupation and Employment. In the group of the different socioeconomic characteristics that are studied, we talk about the contract for a worker, the position he will have due to the size of the company, the level of schooling, the place where he lives and the type of search for a new job. The change in the economic environment is also addressed, due to the magnitude of the moderately standardized coefficients. It is concluded that the labor market in Mexico is a relevant issue, since in the country a critical economic situation prevails and the Mexican worker has always sought a good salary and a good job, it is investigated what factors must be followed or how difficult is to get it.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEn el presente documento, producto de una investigación documental, se encontrará un análisis de las diferentes variables que intervienen en el contexto laboral mexicano. Se hace notar la distinción de grupos de empleados, comenzando por el trabajo formal y en seguida el trabajo informal. Estadísticamente, el estudio se apoya en la Encuesta Nacional de Ocupación y Empleo. En el grupo de las distintas características socioeconómicas que se estudian se habla del contrato para un trabajador, el puesto que tendrá por el tamaño de la empresa, el grado de escolaridad, el lugar donde vive y el tipo de búsqueda de un nuevo trabajo. Se aborda también el cambio de entorno económico, debido a la magnitud de los coeficientes estandarizados de manera moderada. Se concluye que el mercado laboral en México es un tema de relevancia, ya que en el país impera una situación económica crítica y el trabajador mexicano siempre ha buscado un buen salario y un buen trabajo, se indaga qué factores hay que seguir o qué tan difícil es conseguirlo.es_ES
