Resumen : Para una mejor comprensión del tema, es necesario analizar lo que establece la Constitución mexicana, el pronunciamiento de la Suprema Corte de Justicia, de igual importancia la jurisprudencia internacional y por último el marco normativo del Estado d Nayarit, todo esto en relación de como se vive el respeto por la dignidad en la práctica de los procesos de detención. El objetivo de este trabajo es destacar la importancia de entender y comprender la dignidad humana, y como debe ser en la práctica de las detenciones para exponer planteamientos que beneficien la vivencia de los derechos humanos como instrumentos de trabajo en las distintas instituciones de procuración de justicia.
Descripción : For a better understanding of the subject, it is necessary to analyze what the Mexican Constitution establishes, the pronouncement of the Supreme Court of Justice, international jurisprudence of equal importance and finally the normative framework of the State of Nayarit, all this in relation to how it is respect for dignity lives in the practice of detention processes. The objective of this work is to highlight the importance of understanding and understanding human dignity, and how it should be in the practice of arrests in order to present approaches that benefit the experience of human rights as working instruments in the different institutions of law enforcement.
