Resumen :	La reforma penal que ahora en vigor, por su profundidad es la de mayor trascendencia que ha ocurrido en nuestro país desde la aparición de la figura del Ministerio Público en la constitución de 1917, y por ello exige de los legisladores una normatividad secundaria lo más acorde posible con el sistema acusatorio que ya esta en nuestra ley fundamental; talento de las autoridades que intervengan en su implementación, y de los operadores una intensa reeducación jurídica y compromiso con el nuevo sistema.
Descripción :	The penal reform that is now in force, due to its depth, is the one of greatest importance that has occurred in our country since the appearance of the figure of the Public Ministry in the 1917 constitution, and for this reason it demands from the legislators a secondary regulation that is most consistent possible with the accusatory system that is already in our fundamental law; talent from the authorities involved in its implementation, and from the operators an intense legal re-education and commitment to the new system.
