dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo académico con fines de obtener el grado de maestro en derecho, encontraremos una sistematización en torno al abuso del derecho en el juicio de amparo, el cual surge derivado del inquietante fenómeno que en la cultura jurídica mexicana se llama "abuso del amparo" o "abuso del juicio del amparo". Partiendo de esta idea se inicia una confrontación entre el derecho de acceso a la justicia, derecho al debido proceso, derecho a un proceso rápido y sobre todo sin dilaciones indebidas el ejercicio de un derecho contra el uso indebido de este tipo de derechos.es_ES
