dc.description.abstractEn la presente investigación veremos como a través del tiempo se ha ido desarrollando el juicio de amparo y los mecanismos de defensa constitucional hasta nuestros días, también se remontara la investigación hasta el origen de las leyes orgánicas que fueron dando forma al juicio de amparo, y pasaremos por ver el estado pasado de las cosas para tener un mejor entendimiento toda vez que es de vital importancia conocer nuestra historia y nuestro pasado para poder entender nuestro presente; se analizaran algunas figuras jurídicas de control de constitucionalidad en las cuales se darán puntos de vista de diferentes autores expertos en los temas que se tocan.es_ES
