dc.descriptionThe Functional Diagnosis of National Marshes that we have to extend today is a very important work for the Autonomous University of Nayarit for several very significant reasons both for its academic functions, scientific research and training of researchers and professionals, as for its social function of contributing to the solution of the great problems of our State and our Country. It is a very sui generis work in several senses, distant from the normal "Reports by Contract of Services" (which abound in repeated counts of natural and/or social elements and parameters of reality whose competence and jurisdiction is in charge of the contracting party) it is at the same time an academic product of fecund originality and adequate product for the decision making about the estuarine forest wetlands of this region. It has been developed through the coordination agreement signed between the Autonomous University of Nayarit and the National Forestry Commission in two parts, the first on November 24, 2009 and the second on August 25, 2010. It demonstrates with its conclusion, and its acceptance as a reference for the National Marshes Working Group of the Nayarit State Planning Committee, the viability of the UAN Reform process and the fundamental role that the generation of knowledge has in the fulfillment of the social function of the UAN.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl Diagnóstico Funcional de Marismas Nacionales que nos toca hoy prolongar es una obra muy importante para la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit por varias razones muy significativas tanto para sus funciones académicas, de investigación científica y formación de investigadores y profesionistas, como para su función social de contribuir a la solución de los grandes problemas de nuestro Estado y nuestro País. Es una obra muy sui-generis en varios sentidos, distante de los “Informes por Contrato de Servicios” normales (que abundan en recuentos repetidos de elementos y parámetros naturales y/o sociales de la realidad cuya competencia y jurisdicción está a cargo de la parte contratante) es a la vez un producto académico de originalidad fecunda y producto adecuado para la toma de decisiones acerca de los humedales forestales estuarinos de esta región. Se ha desarrollado mediante el convenio de coordinación firmado entre la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit y la Comisión Nacional Forestal en dos partes, la primera el 24 de noviembre del 2009 y la segunda el 25 de agosto del 2010. Demuestra con su conclusión, y su aceptación como referencia para el Grupo de Trabajo de Marismas Nacionales del Comité de Planeación del Estado de Nayarit, la viabilidad del proceso de Reforma de la UAN y el papel fundamental que la generación de conocimiento tiene en el cumplimiento de la función social de la UAN.es_ES
