dc.description.abstractEn la presente investigación se tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis de la relación que guarda la identidad docente con el desempeño de la actuación en el aula entre los profesores de la carrera de Mercadotecnia de la Universidad Guadalajara Lamar turno matutino, se analiza ¿Cuál es el papel de la identidad docente en la práctica de los profesores? En un periodo de Junio 2007 a Diciembre del 2008. Se aplicó la metodología cualitativa a través de la etnografía para poder abordar el objeto de estudio se creyó conveniente utilizar el paradigma epistemológico interpretativo, ya que se da razón de los significados que tiene el maestro así como los factores que influyen en la construcción de la identidad, a través del estudio interpretativo.
