Resumen :	La practica docente y la calidad educativa han sido motivos para realizar esta investigación cualitativa, dicha investigación fue realizada en un jardín de niños llamado "Nunuchi" de la ciudad de Tepic Nayarit, y se fundamenta en la etnografía educativa basada en la estrategia de la observación participante. Los aspectos observados en el contexto de la educación preescolar estudiados fueron: la identificación de las practicas docentes, las condiciones de infraestructura y el equipamiento, relacionados con la calidad de la educación. Tratando de encontrar cualidades del fenómeno a partir de las observaciones realizadas, y del registro del trabajo de campo. Ser parte del personal dio la oportunidad de hacer este trabajo de investigación y de constatar las manifestaciones que se hacían presentes en el marco de las practicas educativas de las educadoras en servicio y su relación con la calidad educativa.
Descripción :	The teaching practice and the educational quality have been reasons to carry out this qualitative research, this research was carried out in a kindergarten called "Nunuchi" in the city of Tepic Nayarit, and is based on educational ethnography based on the strategy of observation competitor. The aspects observed in the context of pre-school education studied were: the identification of teaching practices, infrastructure conditions and equipment, related to the quality of education. Trying to find qualities of the phenomenon from the observations made, and the record of the field work. Being part of the staff gave the opportunity to do this research work and to verify the manifestations that were present within the framework of the educational practices of educators in service and their relationship with educational quality.
