Resumen :	En nuestro país la construcción de la identidad profesional de los docentes no ha sido una tarea fácil, hasta el día de hoy los educadores luchan por obtenerla. Esto inicia con una duda si la identidad del docente influye en la práctica de él mismo, la actualidad en la mayoría de los casos el ser humano se no se desarrolla en un trabajo solo por necesidad sino también por gusto y satisfacción; en esta investigación se pretende analizar la influencia que tiene la identidad docente con el desempeño de la actuación en el aula entre los profesores de la carrera de Administración de la Universidad Guadalajara Lamar turno matutino, se pretende analizar ¿Cuál es el papel de la identidad docente en la practica de los profesores de la carrera de Administración del turno matutino de UGL? En un periodo de Junio 2007 a junio del 2008.
Descripción :	In our country, the construction of professional identity of teachers has not been an easy task, until today educators struggle to obtain it. This begins with a doubt if the identity of the teacher influences the practice of himself, currently in most cases the human being is not developed in a job just out of necessity but also for pleasure and satisfaction; This research is intended to analyze the influence of the teaching identity with the performance of the classroom performance among professors of the administration of the University Guadalajara Lamar morning shift, it is intended to analyze What is the role of teacher identity in the practice of the professors of the administration of the administration of the UGL morning shift?
