| Resumen : | Al reflexionar sobre la operativización de las tres funciones sustantivas de las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES). Se puede plantear desde una visión del deber ser y explicar que estas son promovidas por un compromiso adquirido; pero también se podrían proyectar mediante la búsqueda de una identidad ligada a las necesidades de la universidad y obtener resultados que beneficien el desarrollo del entorno que le rodea. Es evidente que para cualquiera de las dos visiones presentadas, participan sujetos educativos que dan pauta hacia la forma de trabajar las funciones sustantivas. En el caso de los estudiantes pueden actuar con el único propósito de obtener un grado o de consolidar su formación como sujeto integral que busca el desarrollo del contexto en el que se desenvuelve; por su parte, los docentes pueden hacer lo que les sea solicitado e incidir exclusivamente en el deber ser, de manera contraria pueden trabajar hasta lograr la plena conciencia de su labor que no solo se vea reflejada en la formación de estudiantes, sino en su proceder dentro del área de la investigación y la extensión. |
| Descripción : | By reflecting on the operationalization of the three substantive functions of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). It is evident that for any of the two visions presented, educational subjects participate that give guidelines to the way of working the substantive functions. In the case of students, they can act with the sole purpose of obtaining a degree or of consolidating their training as an integral subject that seeks to develop the context in which it develops; For their part, teachers can do what is asked of them and have an exclusive impact on what they should be. Otherwise, they can work until they are fully aware of their work that is not only reflected in the training of students, but in their behavior. within the area of research and extension. |
