Resumen : La presente investigación constituye un intento de plantear los principales problemas que enfrenta el estudio de las organizaciones sociales, desde el punta de vista de la teoría de las organizaciones. El trabajo tiene un doble objetivo, por un lado, ofrecer una visión de los puntos de vista teóricos de la administración y la sociología respecto del estudio de las organizaciones sociales en los diferentes contextos; por otro lado, partiendo de una serie de hipótesis y cuestiones, se propone un nuevo espacio de discusión que dé apertura a futuras investigaciones.
Descripción : This research is an attempt to raise the main problems facing the study of social organizations, from the point of view of the theory of organizations. The work has a double objective, on the one hand, to offer a vision of the theoretical points of view of the administration and the sociology with respect to the study of the social organizations in the different contexts; On the other hand, based on a series of hypotheses and issues, a new discussion space is proposed that opens up future research.
