Resumen : La formación de competencias se ha desarrollado desde la creación del IPN y se han fomentado dándole impulso al sistema tecnológico nacional. En las ultimas décadas, en las universidades publicas esta moda educativa ha empezado a ser impuesta por las políticas educativas, que a su vez han sido propiciadas por la tercera revolución científica - tecnológica - industrial. Como se mencionó en el IPN y el sistema tecnológico, las competencias profesionales han existido desde su creación, lo cual representa gran ventaja en la preparación de profesionistas sobre la universidad publica. Con la "reforma universitaria" de la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit (UAN), se pretende que algunas facultades y escuelas (ahora unidades académicas), elaboren sus programas basados en competencias profesionales, lo que traerá consigo problemáticas para el aprendizaje de alumnos y de los docentes.
Descripción : The training of competences has been developed since the creation of the IPN and has been fostered by giving impetus to the national technological system. In the last decades, in public universities this educational fashion has begun to be imposed by educational policies, which in turn have been fostered by the third scientific - technological - industrial revolution.
