| Resumen : | El trabajo realizado describe cual es el impacto del nuevo modelo por competencias profesionales en los estudiantes y maestros de la Unidad Académica de Agricultura (UAA) de la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit (UAN) y como se están integrando pedagógica mente los maestros de la misma al nuevo modelo. Aunque se han realizado intentos por transformar la práctica docente en la UAN estos no se han planteado concretamente, existe aún la concepción, en el maestro, de que el dominio de la materia por parte del profesor lo capacita para ser un buen docente. Pensar en la modernización de la educación es pensar también en transformar el quehacer docente, y de alguna manera esta situación invita a la acción de quienes creemos en la institución universitaria, a reflexionar sobre cuestiones pedagógicas que tienen que ver con perfeccionar la práctica docente. |
| Descripción : | The work done describes what is the impact of the new model for professional skills in the students and teachers of the Academic Unit of Agriculture (UAA) of the Autonomous University of Nayarit (UAN) and how teachers are being integrated pedagogically into it. new model.
