Resumen : La Gestión Escolar durante las últimas décadas ha venido a desempeñar un papel fundamental en la búsqueda de respuestas a diversas de las problemáticas que aquejan el sistema educativo en México. Los organismos internacionales como el Banco Mundial, que han conformado un referente muy importante para la toma de decisiones en los proyectos educativos de nación, conforme se avanza teórica y conceptualmente, en complejizar al fenómeno escolar, hay referentes que indican que hoy día, los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, son influenciados no sólo por elementos pedagógico- curricular dentro del aula, sino por el conjunto de interacciones fuera de ésta y de las instituciones.
Descripción : The School Management during the last decades has come to play a fundamental role in the search of answers to diverse of the problems that afflict the educational system in Mexico. International organizations such as the World Bank, which have formed a very important reference for decision making in educational projects of the nation, as theoretical and conceptual progress is made, in making the school phenomenon more complex, there are references that indicate that today, the processes of teaching and learning, are influenced not only by pedagogical-curricular elements within the classroom, but by the set of interactions outside of this and the institutions.
