Resumen :	En México como en otros países, existe una gran preocupación especialmente entre diseñadores de políticas e investigadores, directivos y personal docente sobre como implementar programas de formación de docentes basados en estrategias pedagógicas centradas en el aprendizaje. El bachillerato es un sector que se ha caracterizado por tener una baja calidad académica y una deficiente preparación de docentes en el aspecto pedagógico, tradicionalmente la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit ha funcionado así, es por eso la importancia de hablar sobre las estrategias pedagógicas que se utilizan para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Es importante que los estudiantes de Educación Media Superior, reciban una educación basada en el desarrollo de competencias, las cuales permitan superar el rezago acumulado por las practicas educativas tradicionales. También existe la necesidad de que los docentes reflexionen y tomen conciencia sobre su practica docente, pues de no hacer algo, la enseñanza continuaría igual y se encuentra en riesgo la formación de los estudiantes, el prestigio de cada uno de los docentes y de la propia Institución.
Descripción :	In Mexico, as in other countries, there is great concern, especially among policy makers and researchers, managers and teaching staff on how to implement teacher training programs based on pedagogical strategies focused on learning. The baccalaureate is a sector that has been characterized by low academic quality and poor teacher preparation in the pedagogical aspect, traditionally the Autonomous University of Nayarit has worked well, that is why the importance of talking about the pedagogical strategies that are used for student learning. It is important that students of upper secondary education, receive an education based on the development of skills, which allow to overcome the lag accumulated by traditional educational practices. There is also a need for teachers to reflect and become aware of their teaching practice, because if something is not done, the teaching will continue the same and the students' training, the prestige of each one of the teachers and their own will be at risk.
