dc.descriptionThe aim of this article is to analyze and report on the conditions in which child labor is done, and its effects on migrant children, in the contexts of sugar cane and tobacco cultivation in the State of Nayarit, México. For data collection, we use predominantly qualitative methodology that would allow us to meet the objective conditions in which migrant labourers children are living. In this case, it was noted that the situation of child laborers is critical because their rights are disrespected and laws are not fully comply due to the conflict of interests of who exercise the law, while benefiting from the child labor.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl objetivo del presente artículo es analizar las condiciones en que se da el trabajo infantil y sus efectos en la niñez migrante, en los contextos de los cultivos de la caña de azúcar y del tabaco en el Estado de Nayarit. Para la obtención de datos se utilizó una metodología predominantemente cualitativa que permitió conocer las condiciones objetivas en las que se encuentra la niñez jornalera. Con esto se pudo constatar que la situación de la niñez jornalera es crítica puesto que sus derechos son irrespetados y las leyes no se cumplen a cabalidad, debido al conflicto de intereses de quienes ejercen la ley a la vez que se benefician del trabajo infantil.es_ES
