Resumen : La actividad pesquera es regida por la economía, es decir, la sobre pesca es causada por la necesidad económica de quienes participan en la pesca. Puesto que la problemática social está muy involucrada en este sector es muy difícil controlar y ordenar de manera sencilla esta problemática. Es necesario regular de manera adecuada la actividad pesquera pues la sobrepesca inevitablemente llevaría al colapso a cualquier pesquería, entonces ya no se tendrían recursos para explotar, por lo tanto, decimos que la regulación y ordenamiento pesquero tiene como tarea cuidar y administrar el recurso de manera que esté disponible en alguna medida para su aprovechamiento no solamente en este tiempo sino también en el futuro.
Descripción : Fishing activity is governed by the economy, that is, overfishing is caused by the economic need of those who participate in fishing. Since the social problem is very involved in this sector, it is very difficult to control and order this problem in a simple way. It is necessary to regulate the fishing activity properly because overfishing will inevitably lead to the collapse of any fishery, then there would be no resources to exploit, therefore, we say that the regulation and management of fisheries has the task of caring for and managing the resource in a that is available to some extent for its use not only at this time but also in the future.
