dc.description.abstractLa actividad pesquera es regida por la economía, es decir, la sobre pesca es causada por la necesidad económica de quienes participan en la pesca. Puesto que la problemática social está muy involucrada en este sector es muy difícil controlar y ordenar de manera sencilla esta problemática. Es necesario regular de manera adecuada la actividad pesquera pues la sobrepesca inevitablemente llevaría al colapso a cualquier pesquería, entonces ya no se tendrían recursos para explotar, por lo tanto, decimos que la regulación y ordenamiento pesquero tiene como tarea cuidar y administrar el recurso de manera que esté disponible en alguna medida para su aprovechamiento no solamente en este tiempo sino también en el futuro.es_ES
