dc.descriptionPublic policies implemented in the stages of growth in Mexico, generated particular characteristics in regions of the country and this is the case of the municipalities of Nayarit, the effect is reflected in divergence in access and quality for the population, in relation to: health, education and income; components that are the basis for calculating the Human Development Index; as well as asymmetries in the municipalities to access the network of networks; a municipal internet index, which is incorporated as a component in the formula for calculating the municipal human development index is built; the results of human development index and the index of internet in the municipalities of Nayarit, Tepic show, Xalisco and Banderas Bay have the highest ranking positions and instead Huajicori municipalities, tinder and Del Nayar are located in the lower positions.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLas políticas publicas implementadas en las etapas de crecimiento en México, generaron características particulares en las regiones del país y este es el caso de los municipios de Nayarit, cuyo efecto sé reflejada en divergencia en acceso y calidad para la población, en materia de: salud, educación e ingresos; componentes que sirven de base para el calculo del Indice de Desarrollo Humano; así como también simetrías en los municipios para accesar a la red de redes; se construyó un índice municipal de internet, el cual se incorporó como un componente más en la fórmula para el calculo del indice de desarrollo humano municipal; los resultados obtenidos de indice de desarrollo humano y del indice de internet en los municipios de Nayarit, muestran que Tepic, Xalisco y Bahía de Banderas tienen las posiciones más altas en la clasificación y por el contrario los municipios de Huajicori, la Yesca y Del Nayar se ubican en las posiciones más bajas.es_ES
