Resumen : Los Derechos Humanos es un tema que surge desde que estos fueron concebidos en su primera generación y durante la Revolución Francesa y que comprendieron los derechos civiles y políticos del hombre a través de la evolución social y subsecuentes etapas o generaciones, nos conduce también a incursionar y ahondar en sus características para distinguirlos conceptualmente con un concepto que tiene una aproximación como son los llamados derechos Fundamentales, lo que también nos conduce a investigar los principios Constitucionales que rigen tanto a unos como a otros.
Descripción : Human Rights is an issue that arises since they were conceived in their first generation and during the French Revolution and that understood the civil and political rights of man through social evolution and subsequent stages or generations, also leads us to incursion and delve into their characteristics to distinguish them conceptually with a concept that has an approach such as the so-called Fundamental Rights, which also leads us to investigate the Constitutional principles that govern both one and the other.
